Studio Blackburn Gives Ellis Butchers a Cast of Characters From Meat
Ripping up the butcher-branding rulebook.

No livestock silhouettes. No cut charts. Studio Blackburn ripped up the butcher-branding rulebook for Ellis Butchers.

Two shops, one parent brand, two distinct personalities — proof that identity systems can flex by neighbourhood without losing coherence.
